Holiday Log

Where do I begin? It was a fantastic trip that Cassie and I had and I can not believe we have been to so many places and the cultural experience was amazing!

The weather was hot hot hot – too hot for doing much… Around 32+ everyday! Cassie just wanted to stay in air-con all the time…

The food – yummy – diverse and amazing!

The accomodation – in Japan – Tokyo Bay was a perfect place to stay… Though about 20 mins from Tokyo – it really did not matter. The transport system is super efficient. The taxi’s were expensive – but only needed when we were out late…

Back…

After over three weeks offline and away in the Far East coming back was a real shock to the system.

It will take me days to share everything we brought back from the Far East (more specifically Tokyo – Japan and searches conducted in Hong Kong).

* 40+ Amigurumi titles (lots and lots and lots!!) – these are currently in a ship – they were too heavy to carry!

* A new brand – new to UK, new to Europe, NEW NEW NEW will be introduced for the Autumn collection.

A huge update for the shop is due too!

First of all – we are working through the backlog of orders accumulated “whilst we were out” – most parcels have been dispatched with a handful waiting to come out – but all should be out before the end of the week.

Almost a month

It has been almost a month since the last post – it will be another few weeks till the next post.

It has been a turbulent month this month for me personally… lots of downs (a few ups – coz of lovely Lewis)… not been able to gather my thoughts to make enough sense to blog.

We are off to Japan and Hong Kong this Thursday – for my first holiday since being pregnant with Lewis 3 yrs ago. In theory I should be ecstatic at this stage, and if I was my usual self I would have made a full schedule and shopping list by now… but none of the pre-holiday excitement this time… just a mad rush and hoping the next month will pass quicker than the month just gone!

On the upside Lewis has lots of new words and his favourite one this weekend has been “no thank you” I think this new phrase must have been brought on with the potty training which mummy has started. Everytime you ask him he would answer very politely “no thank you”. He has began to sound like a littler person! My little man!

We are off…

Off to the Far East… we will be leaving on Thursday - but the “out of office” will be on from today – just in case we do not get to process everything before we leave!

First to Japan – then to Hong Kong… We will be finding lots of lovely yarns and accessories to bring back!

Orders will be processed upon out return on 28th July! We might get intermittent access to emails whilst away…
